As of September 1st I had no way to pay my rent.As of today God has a provided a way for me to pay my rent...with money left over !! I give all the honor,glory and praise to him.Prayer DOES
work !!!!!

My God is so wonderful and his loving kindness towards me can be compared to no other and so I bless and praise his holy name in the name of his son Jesus Christ our living saviour who sits at his right hand in Heaven for his great mercy towards me. Though I considered my self a christian my entire life I have been a member of the church of God seventh day for only some months now. And every Sabbath since the day I joined has been such a refreshing for me as I grow and learn so much with every lesson study discussion with the more seasoned members of the church. I have come to realise that when I study the bible on my own I gain knowledge but it is only by the grace of my holy saviour Jesus Christ and the fellow members that I gain understanding and wisdom. And I just want to exalt him and give him my thanks and praise for opening my eyes and ears to finally begin to understand his word that I have been reading all my life. I feel like a light has been turned on and I am so greatful that my mighty, everlasting and eternal God has opened my eyes and ears to see and hear the spiritual things that I couldn't before. My God is so wonderful and mercyful to me and I Praise him and give him Glory for being my God. There is none greater than he! He reigns from everlasting to everlasting and is worthy of all worship and adoration. Glory to God in the Highest in the name of Jesus Christ our risen Lord and Saviour, through whom all things are possible. Amen

Thank you to all who prayed for my brother-n-law,Lee Batson,he is doing alot better. Still trying to get his strength back.Also thanks for praying for my sister, Shelia, she's has the strength of elephant and the patients of Job.

We have been praying for our grandaughter, Courtney. She goes back to John Hopkins Hospitol in March. They will be weining her off of some of the medication she has been on for almost 2 years. We have seen significant improvements in her, but please continue to pray for her and her family. She now has a new brother, Carson Brady, born on Feb. 11, 2009.

I just want to praise God for answering my prayers in that our family is going through somefiniancal trouble like everyone else in the world and I truely did not want to go back to work since I have 3 youg children so after a lot of prayer God sent me confermation in the businesss I started. Thank You GodI am listening and I plan on doing the footwork!!!!!!!!!

I am writing to update all of Horizon's Church family who have been praying for my husband, Brian, that on October 3 Brian's results from his 2nd MRI showed that there was no tumor tissue. He will still undergo at least 8 more months of chemotherapy. We are all so thankful for what God is doing in our life. Please continue to pray for Brian and our family.

6 years ago this month, my son almost died. It was touch and go there for awhile and even after the major surgeries, doctors said only time will tell of lasting complications...physically and metally. It's been a long road, but with faith and prayers during these past 6 years, he received many miracles. I just want to praise God!- my son not only survived, but is healthy now and has no major lasting impairments.

I want to thank everyone who was praying for my son, Calvin. We returned from Shriners with wonderful news. There is nothing wrong other than he has a short hamstring in his right leg and can be helped by doing stretching exercizes at home ! I am so thankful to GOD for thaking care of him.

For some time now we have needed help in our home with our son Brandon who has duchennes M.D.Pastor Dave & several people from the L.C.have been praying with us on this matter,we were starting to think that that we may half to deal this on our own.But praise God he has came through in his own timeing with more help then we probly need.Thank every for your PRAYS!!!!!!!!!

Easter was approaching and I had no idea how I was going to pay my rent not alone provide Easter baskets for my girls I had worried for weeks and on Thursday finally decided to give it to God there was nothing else I could do myself and I prayed he would give me the strength to explain to my girls, on Friday morning I received a gift that only God could have provided, which just reenforced what I already knew when you let go and give it to God he will provide. Thank You Lord for believeing in me!!
