The mission of Horizons Church Care and Counseling Ministry is to bring Life Change and healing through the transforming power of a life committed to Jesus Christ. 
 The pastors at Horizons Church provide Biblical solutions to move the people who come for help toward:

APPOINTMENTS: To schedule an initial appointment or if you have not seen a counselor in the last two months, please call the Horizons Church Offices at (304) 745-5090 and a staff coordinator will assist you. There are no fees involved in seeing a pastoral counselor. We offer a response to your personal, marital or family needs based on the Christian understanding of living a life in line with Biblical Principles.

Where early intervention and assistance is appropriate life situations and problems can be dealt with in a loving and caring manner at a lower level of pastoral counseling. There are many choices when it comes to finding a place for help. We firmly believe in Professional Christian Counseling and often refer people to local Certified or Licensed Counselors.

We believe that in order for people to find healing, restoration and a changed life, they must become equipped to handle life’s circumstances.
