What is the total budget?
The total budget is an estimated $2.5-3.0 million

How will the funds be raised?
The funds will be raised through commitment pledges received during our Legacy Capital Stewardship Campaign. Pledge cards were signed at our Celebration Weekend May 19-20, 2007. New attenders also have the chance to participate. They will be contacted by the Follow-Up Team. If you are interested in donating to Legacy, you get additional information from the Welcome Counter located in the foyer at the Lost Creek campus.

How will the commitments be made?
Prayerfully consider your pledge amount. Commitments will be made by giving weekly, monthly, or annually over a three-year period. Some may also be led to give non-cash gifts such as real estate, stocks, and jewelry.

How is my Legacy commitment different from my tithe?
Your tithe represents 10% of your income which is returned to God as an act of faith, worship, and thanksgiving. Horizons places your tithe in our General Fund account. The General Fund provides money to conduct ministry, outreach, and mission programs, pay staff, and carry out our day-to-day operations. The Legacy commitment is a special offering above and beyond your tithe.
